I actually asked if the Sylus necklace was going to be made and I was told that it was and they’d message me when it was out which was a few days later. After receiving it, the necklace wouldn’t sit right and half of it turned around. The seller was exemplary in trying to figure out why it would do that, giving me detailed instructions, photos, and videos on how to correct it. While it looks just like the photos sitting perfectly still and attached just right, the left side of it with the ball chain still flips all the time and drives me nuts because the ball chain is either too small or the regular chain is a tad too long. I might try to remove a link myself to see if that will even it out since there seems to be a length difference when I get the pendant straight. It’s still amazing and well-made though! Looks better in person
