How are the figurines made?

All items are handcrafted by an experienced craftsman. The figures are carved from wood using traditional carving and treated with stain to give expressive color and additional protection. Each work is individual and has its own character.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, we are happy to create custom figurines. You can send a photo or sketch, as well as any additional information. All details are discussed personally, and restrictions depend on the complexity of the work.

What is the production time?

On average, it takes 2-4 days to create one figurine. For more complex or individual orders, the terms are discussed separately.

What delivery options do you offer?

We ship our parcels from Ukraine or the United States, depending on which figure you have ordered. The terms of the agreement between the countries are indicated in the description of each figure. Shipping is carried out to all available countries.

Is it possible to issue a return or exchange?

Yes, returns are possible. We usually resolve such issues within 2-3 days. This applies to both finished products and individual orders.

What should I do if the figurine arrived damaged?

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us. Depending on your wishes, we can resend the figurine or issue a refund.

How to track an order?

After sending, you will receive a message with the parcel details, including the tracking number. Tracking is possible through the postal or courier service specified when sending.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

Even though I love my totem I have some things to say— 1. I don't believe these are 'handmade.' I bought Freya years ago and I love her as well, but other sellers have these items. 2. I think the price point is a bit much considering this isn't really a small business endeavor. If they were carved by hand and not mass-produced I would be less inclined to speak on it. 3. Be mindful of the listings and really look thru. One was on sale for $35 and I found another listing where Eir was on sale for $28. Buyer beware. Otherwise I'm happy. They're still a quality item. Just food for thought. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
