We generally ship USPS Priority so shipping in the US takes 2-3 business days once the item leaves our shop. Once an item has left our shop, and is in the hands of the postal service, we are at their mercy to get it to you in 2-3 business days and any delay at that point is out of our hands. High priority items will ship FedEx and UPS.

Returns are accepted on non-personalized items only, meaning anything that doesn’t have your name or house number or something personal on it, in new condition, and can be resold. You are responsible to cover shipping costs on any refunded items. Refunds on personalized and custom items are offered before an item has been carved. Refunds are subject to a 25% design fee to cover design time if it’s a personalized/custom item. Once an item has been carved, no refund will be given.

We use outdoor sealers and take every precaution to help our signs last as long as possible, but cannot guarantee they’ll last forever in your environment. You take responsibility to maintain your sign by reapplying sealers as necessary in your environment.
