Do your widgets work on YouTube?

Yes! All widgets in the shop work on both Twitch and YouTube. Just make sure you're using StreamElements to set them up, as that's what they're built for. Everything comes with separate quick install files for both platforms. Please note that widgets do not support Kick or any other streaming platform at this time. If you're not sure whether a specific widget works for your setup, send me a message before purchasing.

When will I receive my order?

Right away! Once your payment goes through, you'll find a .txt file in your Etsy purchases. Open it, copy the link into your browser and your files will start downloading immediately. No waiting, no back-and-forth. If anything isn't showing up, just send me a message and I'll sort it out.

Can I get the source files?

Although we don't usually provide the source files, there may be some exceptions, such as customizable .PSDs or After Effects project files. You can find the relevant information in the contents section of each product page.

Because these are instant digital downloads, I'm not able to offer refunds once the files have been delivered. That said, if something isn't working, looks different from the preview, or you're running into any issues at all, please reach out before leaving a review. I genuinely want you to love your overlay and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

My overlay isn't working, what should I do?

The most common cause of this problem is that your overlay's folder wasn't extracted to C:/ drive. Just extract the archive with your files directly to the C:/ drive of your computer, import your OBS scene files from there and everything will work straight away. In case you're still having issues feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help you!
