What is your refund policy?

If your item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item in order for us to process the return. It is imperative for you to show the pictures of the damaged/defective items for us to issue a refund. Further, the buyer must carefully check all the sizes, etc, we will not be able to issue a refund in case of a size issue, if you have any confusion regarding the sizing just message us and we will help you in the best possible way. Refunds must be postmarked within fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery. If you have any questions about the refund policy please feel free to contact us directly.
