If payment is not received within 24 hours the order will be cancelled and the product re-listed. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received and processed. Due to our fast turnaround, please ensure your shipping address on your payment account is up to date and correct. We are unable to change details once we have received payment – this includes your choice of card.

Returns/Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations due to the fast turnaround of orders. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us by post within 7 days of delivery. You will be credited with the value of your returned product (this does not include postage costs) to your original method of payment. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened from their cellophane sleeve or used, or custom/personalised orders. We will issue a refund of any unused items once we have received the returned item - please keep your proof of postage. We will not however refund the value of your postage costs to return the item. Please contact me directly to discuss returns.

Greeting cards, wine labels and socks are posted via Royal Mail First Class which estimates 1-3 working days for delivery. Coasters are posted via Royal Mail Second Class which estimates 3-5 working days for delivery. You can upgrade to First Class at checkout. Please note that, due to COVID, there will be a delay on normal postal services, therefore our standard delivery timescales do not apply. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as this is an unprecedented event, but deliveries can take up to 10 working days to arrive for First Class post, and 12 days for Second Class post. Postal staff are working as hard as possible in difficult circumstances to minimise disruption however they have staff shortages due to quarantine etc.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from the UK within 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday), following receipt of payment. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

UK ORDERS are posted First Class via Royal Mail and take 1 - 5 working days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow 6 working days for UK mail to arrive before making an enquiry. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.
