Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do! If you have a specific design, color palette, or size in mind, feel free to reach out to us. We're happy to collaborate and create a custom rug that perfectly suits your style. Just provide us with the details, and we'll work on crafting your unique piece!

We offer a variety of standard sizes for our rugs, but if you need a custom size, we can accommodate that as well. Please refer to the product description for available dimensions, and feel free to message us if you're looking for a specific size that's not listed. We'll do our best to meet your needs!

To keep your rug looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions: Machine Washable: You can safely wash the rug in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Do Not Use Detergent: Avoid using detergent to preserve the quality and colors. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause colors to fade. Air Dry: Lay flat to dry; avoid tumble drying. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, we offer gift wrapping upon request! If you'd like your rug to be beautifully packaged as a gift, just let us know when placing your order. We'll make sure it's wrapped with care, and ready for gifting. Standard packaging is also sturdy and secure to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we do offer wholesale options! If you're interested in purchasing our rugs in bulk for resale or other purposes, please get in touch with us. We’d be happy to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, and customization options to meet your business needs.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these items are made specifically for you. If you have any issues with your order, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve it!

Custom and personalized orders

Our rugs are made with a material called dod taban, which has a non-slip base, ensuring that the rug stays securely in place. The top layer consists of foam and fabric, with the design printed directly onto the fabric. The rug is soft to the touch and has a thickness of approximately 6-7 mm, providing both comfort and durability. It is an ideal choice for children’s rooms and nurseries, offering a cozy and safe surface for little ones to play on.
