12” Temperature Tracker PDF Pattern - Temperature Hoop - Temperature Embroidery - Temperature Wheel - Common Year

Many of you have followed along with my 2024 and 2025 Temperature Hoops and now you can create your own for 2026! You don’t just have to track the temperature, use it as a template to track whatever you like or as a guide for an embroidery journal.

This pattern is for a common year (365 days).

You will receive a PDF version of the pattern with each day of the year sectioned out and with the date visible. Note the months around the edge are just for your reference and are not intended to be stitched over. Feel free to add your own month labels if you wish!

You will also receive a second PDF document with details of an EXAMPLE temperature range and corresponding DMC thread colours. This has been primarily created in degrees Celsius however I have also provided the Fahrenheit conversion to give context. I hope this serves as a handy starting point for you.

Note the second image is an EXAMPLE of a finished tracker hoop. Your design will look different based on what you choose to track and the colours you use.

The circle will print out approx 24.5cm in diameter and therefore works well with a 12” hoop allowing a margin around the outside (this is the exact size and proportions of my 2023 project). Due to the size, the circle will print out in 2 parts on 2 sheets of A4 paper (2 semi circles). You may like to cut out and stick the 2 halves together, or you may be happy working with each half independently.

Should you prefer to work on a smaller project instead, I have also created a pattern for use with a 8” hoop.
