Can I return or exchange an item?

You must contact us via Etsy messages within 48 hours of delivery to request a return. If your order is eligible we will send complete instructions via reply. Sacred Mists must authorize returns and shipped back to us within the return window to qualify for a refund. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order received deferred/free shipping as shown on your receipt, that amount will be deducted from your refund. ♦︎ Custom orders and imperfect items are final and non-refundable.
