How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, feel free to send us a message.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To resolve this quickly, please send us a message within a week, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any details you have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

What’s your return policy?

Currently, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, as all products are made to order. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that cancellations aren’t typically accepted once production begins, but if you wish to request one, contact us as soon as possible—if the order hasn’t been produced yet, we may be able to cancel it.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only provided for orders that arrive with incorrect items or damaged goods. If this applies to your order, please message us with photos of the item, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

As each item is made to order, we don’t offer exchanges. For apparel, please refer to our sizing charts to find the best fit. If you believe you received the wrong size or color, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
