How do I access my template?

FROM A COMPUTER: Your digital downloads can be accessed through Etsy.com in the purchase history section of your Etsy account. Go to Your Account > Purchases > Download Files. You will receive a PDF containing a link to edit the template in Canva - www.etsy.com/your/purchases FROM A MOBILE DEVICE: While Etsy doesn't currently allow downloads from their app, you can still access your files using your phone by logging into your Etsy account on a web browser such as Google or Safari and following the same instructions as above. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to your email for an order confirmation receipt containing a download link.

What are my download options?

○PDF print (best quality) - photo lab, professional + home printing • select "crop marks & bleed" if printing at home for ease of trimming or if your chosen print store requires it. ○PDF standard - home printing or emailing ○PNG & JPEG - digital sharing via text, email, + social media. Templates can be printed at home, through an online printing store, or a local copy center including Staples, OfficeMax, VistaPrint, Walgreens, FedEx, UPS, etc. I recommend Prints of Love for fast, affordable & professional stationery printing. Can I edit the template using another software?

Canva templates are only editable through Canva.com or the Canva mobile app and are not compatible with another software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

How do I create a QR code for my RSVP cards?

You can create a custom QR code for your event by going to any QR code generator website. I recommend qr-code-generator.org

Can you edit the template for me?

We do not offer template customization at this time. Our templates are designed for easy self-editing, and we encourage you to use the included "how-to" guide to personalize them to your needs!

What fonts do you use?

We do not disclose the font names used in our templates. Sourcing and curating fonts involves a significant amount of time and creative effort in the unique designing process for each product. Many of our templates contain third-party fonts that are not available in Canva's font library and are specific to the product purchased. These fonts have proper licensing for commercial use - we do not claim copyright or ownership of third-party fonts. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN + CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of instant downloads, digital products are non-refundable and ineligible for return or cancellation. Once the order is processed, the files are released and access to the product cannot be revoked. Please review product descriptions and contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions.

•While I try to ensure my photos are as life-like as possible, colors may appear slightly different in print due to variations in screen display, printer calibrations, and card stock. •For the highest resolution, I recommend downloading as a PDF Print from Canva and printing on 100-120lb white card stock. Matte white foam boards are recommended for posters and signs. •Please ensure your home printer supports high-quality stationery printing and always do a test print before bulk printing. I recommend avoiding pre-cut paper as it can be challenging to get a proper alignment. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your home print, consider using a professional printing service. We are not responsible for print quality or errors.

•The customer is responsible for typing their own text & entering accurate information into the template, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, and event details. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs pertaining to such errors. •A free Canva account is required to edit and print our templates.
