INFORMATION ABOUT SIZES

You can find the size chart either on the last photo of the listing or in the description. We recommend that you take a close look at the size chart in each listing and refer to the detailed measurements to get the right size. However, if you are unsure about your size choice, please email us before ordering. Tip on fit: If you are on the borderline between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the smaller size as our clothes are made of stretchy fabrics. CUSTOMIZATION AND COLORS

We can make changes to the product. Please note that all changes may be subject to fees and will depend on the season and requests received. You can see all available colors in the gallery of each listing. We do our best to present the products online as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color will not appear one tone off on your computer screen.

Custom and personalized orders

We accept orders for individual tailoring according to your size, sewing dance costumes to order, personalization. The terms of fulfillment of an individual order are considered individually, on average, the lead time is 7-10 days. Please contact us for instructions on how to place a custom order. Customized orders are non-refundable.

Standard delivery to the US and other countries usually takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. We offer express delivery for an additional fee, based on the postal carrier's rates.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. For our US customers, you can track your package on the UPS or USPS website. Buyers from other countries can use their national delivery service, such as La Poste for France, DHL for Germany or Royal Mail for the UK. Please keep in mind that the tracking of the parcel starts as soon as it arrives in the destination country. If you have any problems with the tracking, please wait for the estimated time of delivery (ETA/ETD) and then feel free to send us a message. We will be happy to assist you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

If the tracking status shows “Pre-transit / Label created / USPS currently awaiting package”, it means that your package has left Ukraine and is on its way to the destination country. Your tracking status will be updated as soon as the package arrives at the destination country. We appreciate your patience and ask you to wait until the package reaches your country.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If this happens, please contact the delivery service in your country to request a refund.
