Our expert designers will connect with you within 24–48 hours and create a Procreate sketch tailored to your preferences.

When does the crafting process start?

Once you approve the sketch, we will share a price quote based on your measurements. After payment is completed, we immediately begin crafting your outfit according to your chosen design.

Can I receive fabric samples before placing an order?

Yes, we offer fabric samples. A fabric swatch card costs $125, and shipping is done via DHL Express (shipping charges may apply). *This $125 amount will be fully adjusted in your final order.

How often will I receive updates on my order?

You will receive progress updates every 48–72 hours, depending on the complexity of embroidery and craftsmanship involved.
