While we try to not list items that have obvious extensive damage or areas of wear, some items are too rare, beautiful or historic to dispose of or not list. Many of our jewellery pieces are 60+ years old and will show signs of their age.

We believe that jewellery is a very personal thing. It is both wearable art and history. It holds true that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and that “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” but we leave this decision up to our customers. All items are sold in as is condition.

Unless other wise stated, items with free shipping will be shipped without tracking or insurance. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and based on the carrier service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or late deliveries once the item has left our store. Please contact us with any questions.

We use jewellery markings to determine metal composition. Unless otherwise stated, stones and gems are not assessed by a gemologist and authenticity cannot be guaranteed.

We do our best to provide an accurate date of manufacture. For many of our pieces we use a combination of markings, style and dates of similar items to provide an estimated date of manufacture. In instances of unsigned or hallmarked jewellery, we use comparison of known and verified pieces to help determine age and or manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that our conclusions can be validated.
