How does a printable file work?

All of the items seen in my shop are digital files. • After purchasing, you can quickly edit your item by using the free online editing program Corjl.com. • Corjl makes it easy for you to personalize your order on your own. Download the file (PDF, JPG or PNG) and have it ready to print or send electronically in just a few minutes! I do not ship any items, all purchases are digital downloads.

Do you offer printing?

Yes! I partner with Prints of Love, which is an online print store that provides fast, high quality printing. You can use my code: PalmsToPinesPrints10 for 10% off your purchase of $49+.

How do I edit my order?

When checking out, you MUST use an actual email address, not an Apple ID account. Corjl does not recognize Apple Email addresses and you will not receive your editable link. • After purchasing, check your email address associated with your Etsy account for a link from Corjl. This clickable link will take you directly to your order where you can personalize. Editing is strongly recommended to be done in a web browser on a computer. **Please note that not all items are editable, read the item description completely for details on whether or not the item is editable.

How do I retrieve non editable file downloads?

To access your non editable Etsy files: • Log in your your Etsy account • On the top right hand of your screen, click your name & icon. • From the drop down, select Purchased and Reviews. • To the right of the order, click the Download Files button. This will download directly to your computer. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your purchase in your receipt email. **Please note that you cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy.com on your computer browser.

Are the template sizes editable?

No, the template size listed in the item description is not editable to you. Please read the description entirely to know exactly what size/sizes you are purchasing. If you need a size different than what is listed, please message me before purchasing and I would be happy to create a custom listing for you in the appropriate size needed. If my shop is running a sale, I do not create custom listings at the sale price.

Am I able to see a proof of my item before purchasing?

Yes! In the description of all self editable items, you will find a Demo link to try before you buy! Copy and paste the link into your browser and you will have access to the demo template.

Do you design custom orders?

Yes! I’d love to help bring your vision to life! Please message me to discuss how to get a custom design made.

How do I know whether to save as a PDF or JPG?

• PDF files are for printing at home or at a local print shop (Prints if Love, Staples, Office Depot, etc). • JPG files are photo files that you can have printed at a photo lab ( Walgreens, Walmart, Shutterfly, etc). You can also use JPG files to send electronically. **Please note that most files are NOT compatible with Vista Print.
