HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select the design you would like, these can be viewed in the listing images and then selected from the drop down menu.

2) Select the Size you would like, we offer a choice of:
A5: 14.8 x 21 centimetres / 5.8 x 8.3 inches
A4: 21 x 29.7 centimetres / 8.27 x 11.69 inches
A3: 29.7 x 42 centimetres / 11.7 x 16.5 inches

We also offer framed options for both A4 & A3, these can be chosen with or without a mounted surround. You can find these in the dropdown options. Please see the listing pictures for examples particularly the mount surround.

Digital Files - There is also an option to purchase a Digital PDF version, this is designed and then e-mailed to you for you to print yourself at home.

FAQ...

What frames do you use?

We use high quality A4 and A3 frames made here in the UK. They are plexiglass fronted which provides a lovely finish without the fragile nature of glass. We offer a choice of either White or Black Frames. All frames have an MDF back with stand and a wall mountable hook.

What is meant by mount insert?

The mount insert refers to a snow-white coloured cardboard surround that layers over the print to provide a quality finish. We offer mounts for both our A4 and A3 prints. The overall size of the print will be either A4 or A3 depending on your choice, then the personalised design is scaled down to cater for the mount aperture. We have a range of examples on our listing images and customer reviews. If you have any questions, just drop us a message and we will be happy to help.

Do I receive a proof before printing?

As typical practise, we do not provide proofs prior to printing as in our experience we find this delays the dispatching process waiting for customer replies. However, if a proof is specifically requested in the ‘Notes to Seller Box’ we will send a proof on request. In periods of extreme busyness, such as seasonal holidays proof requests may not be possible.

What paper do you use?

All prints are printed on high quality 260GSM Photo Gloss paper to give the best possible colour clarity and overall finish.

How long does the process take?

After we have received your personalisation requirements, they will be added to the design, printed and posted within the time frame as estimated on Etsy. Should we have any issues processing your order, our team will contact you immediately to get the information required to complete your design.
