I have provided the wrong delivery address

If you have provided the wrong delivery address please let me know as soon as possible. If I have already despatched your order I will wait for Royal Mail to return your order to me, redelivery of your order will be subject to a redelivery charge.

My order hasn't arrived

On occasions orders may take longer than normal to arrive. Once I have posted an order it is, unfortunately out of my control how long it will take to arrive. Royal Mail class a package missing 10 working days after it should have arrived, I am unable to process a refund or despatch a replacement item until this time.

I will be taking some of my annual leave between the 7th and 22nd April. Orders may still be placed during this time. I will begin despatching orders on the 23rd April. Orders will be despatched in the order they were placed. Thank you for your understanding.

My order is damaged/I have received the wrong personalisation

If your order has arrived damaged or your order has arrived and has the wrong personalisation* on, please contact me with a photo of the damage/wrong personalisation. I will then arrange a replacement to be sent. *Only orders where I have not followed your personalisation will be replaced.

Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR regulations that came into effect on the 13th December 2024, I am no longer able to send orders to Northern Ireland. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Personalised Best Man white golf tees in a black metal personalised tin. The personalised tees and tin would also be perfect for other members of the wedding party including Groomsman, Father of the Bride, Father of the Groom etc.

The tees are laser engraved (burnt and come out black/brown) with the text (the same text on each tee) of your choice (up to 30 characters including spaces, if you have more than 30 characters the text will be smaller).
There are two lengths of tees available - 70mm and 83mm.

There may be residual soot on your tees or in the bag that your tees arrive in. This is due to the tees being engraved (burnt). Soot is a by-product of engraving. The soot can be removed by either wiping over the engraving with your finger or using a soft cloth.
