Refunds are accepted only for the following situations.

- faulty product
- wrong size
- damaged product
- wrong or different printing

If your order is lost on the way or the cargo company delivers your order to a different address, we will resend the product or products you ordered free of charge and quickly.

📍SHIPPING
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible and ship within 1-4 days. However, during sales or busy periods, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number and a link to the tracking website that will allow you to track the package's path to your door. In most countries you will also be able to track using the website services of your local post using the number provided by us.

We ship US orders from the USA, EU orders from Germany and Czech Republic, Australian orders from Australia and UK orders from the UK. Thus, our products are delivered to you faster and you do not have to deal with extra customs procedures and fees.

📍PACKAGING

All items are professionally folded and carefully placed in self-sealing poly mailers with a UV protective coating on the inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.

Machine wash: warm (max. 40C or 105F); Chlorine-free: Bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Do not iron; Do not dry clean.
