I can't find my download

Sometimes I offer links to download the files. I do this because Etsy does not support uploading more than 5 files per listing. So in order to offer a set of prints(2,3,6) I have to use external storage like Dropbox. In this case, there will be no images for you to download here on Esty, instead, there will be a PDF or txt file. It contains a link/links that will take you to download the files you purchased. You don't need a dropbox account to download my files. Just follow the link in the PDF or txt file.

Returns on digital items

I only accept returns when no files has been downloaded/ text files with links to download.

Custom and personalised orders

For Windows- You can download 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/. To open right click the zip file, click 7zip from pop-up menu and then "extract to.." For Mac - Right-click the ZIP file on your Mac, click “Open With” from the pop-up menu and then click “Archive Utility” to decompress the file. Alternately, double-click the ZIP file to open it with Archive Utility.

My order hasn't arrived

All items in the shop are digital frames/mockups, it is all stated in titles and descriptions. They are used by artists to display their artwork online. No physical frame/s are shipped, this is a digital download. The nature of this item is clearly stated throughout the title, description, and images.
