SHIPPING
⭐Our items are individually made to order and shipped from one of our printing partners. Because of this, our processing time is 2-5 business days (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster.
⭐USA orders take approximately 3-5 days after production and international orders vary from 10-30 days. Please allow sufficient time for production and shipping. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!
⭐You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the shipping label is printed.

SIZING
⭐The sizing is unisex, so runs like men's, though not overly large
⭐Most women find their typical size works best since they are meant to fit a touch loose
⭐Please check the SIZE CHART image on the listing and choose your size before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to order, please refer to the measurements shown in the photos and compare these measurements to a sweatshirt you already own to determine the size to order best. For an oversized fit, size up 1-2 sizes (see fit guide images).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash: cold; Non-chlorine bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Do not dry clean; Iron, steam or dry: low heat and not directly on the design.

PRINTING PROCESS
Our designs are printed using the highest-quality professional direct-to-garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage-style look on many of our designs and a feel similar to screen printing (which avoids vinyl's thick, rubbery feeling).

RETURN POLICY
We are a small business and cannot offer returns or refunds as items are produced when ordered specifically for you. We can offer exchanges: contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Read descriptions carefully to avoid any issues when ordering.
