Bonjour friends,
Amazing collection of antique threads from France. All found in an antique box! I was shopping at market in Albi, France and saw this beautiful box filled with threads with the original French wrappings. I left this box exactly as I found it and will send it to you with all the goodies inside. No smells. The thread is usable, much of it was never used. All the threads are in the off white family. The box is cardboard with French language and gorgeous script and images along with a metal pull. This is truly a piece of French art. A beautiful gift for those who create. The ephemera alone is one of a kind. The box measures about 4 x 8.5 x 3.
(Box: Haute Laine)
