How can I access my template?

Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Templett or Corjl with a link to access your template. This email will be sent to the email address linked to your Etsy account so please ensure this email is up to date. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk folder as the email may be there. Click the link provided in the email you received to set up your account and access your template. If you purchased a CANVA template, you can download the PDF provided in your purchase directly from your etsy "Purchases" section. There you will find the link to your template.

Are all Items editable?

Please make sure you have read the item description as not all items are editable. Some listings are for DIY editable templates, while others are ready to print designs which you cannot edit. Some listings can also be personalized and I will make the changes for you and send the completed ready to print file. Please read the listing description to know which type of item you are purchasing.

Can you edit the template for me?

Only a select few items can be edited by us. Please make sure to read the item description to confirm this before purchasing. All other items are DIY templates - to be edited by the customer (We recommend trying the demo before purchasing) or ready to print files, that you just need to download, save and print!

Can I try the template first?

For any Templett or Corjl templates: Yes! You can use the demo link provided in the item description to try editing the template prior to purchase. * please note that you wont be able to save or download the template in the demo version.
