Is this a digital download or a physical print?

Most Kroma Prints designs are digital downloads, while selected works are also available as physical prints. The format is stated clearly in each listing. A digital purchase includes files only and no item is shipped. Physical prints are produced and shipped by a production partner. If one of the digital designs has caught your eye, contact me, I can make it available as physical print, too.

How do I download my digital files?

Your Etsy download is a PDF. Open it and select the link inside to access the complete file set on Google Drive. Digital purchases can’t currently be downloaded through the Etsy app, so use a web browser and go to Your account > Purchases > Download Files. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email.

Which file should I print?

Use the file that matches your chosen print size. Most file sets include 4:5, 3:4, 2:3, ISO and 11:14 ratios; the exact sizes are listed in the item description and download PDF. A small number of works use one ratio or a square format.

Can I request another size?

Often, yes. Message me before ordering with the exact dimensions you need. Many custom sizes and minor adjustments are possible, but a different aspect ratio may require a small crop. I’ll confirm what can be done before making any change.

Where should I print a digital artwork?

You can print at home, through a local print shop or with an online printing service. For the most consistent result, use a professional service and matte or lightly textured paper. Print at the file’s intended size or 100% scale rather than using “fit to page”.

Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen?

Screens, printers, inks and papers reproduce color differently, so slight variations are normal. A professional printer and a suitable paper choice usually give the most consistent result, but an exact screen-to-print match can’t be guaranteed.

What should I do if something isn’t working as expected?

Contact me through Etsy Messages and I’ll look into it. For a digital order, tell me which file or size is causing the problem. For a physical order that arrives damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
