How long will it take to make your order?

All orders are custom handmade. Current completion time is between 1-2 business days.

Shipping within the UK and internationally

Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Any international orders will be delivered using Royal Mail International Standard (standard air mail). This means Royal Mail aim to get the parcel into your national postal system within 15-20 business days. There might be additional days added due to your national customs and postal system, dependent on the time of year. PLEASE BE AWARE there are known courier and postal service delays due the pandemic at this point of time. I cannot be held responsible for any delays these might cause.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived, for any reason, within the expected delivery times (see above), please contact me via Etsy message, providing your order details and address, and I'll look into it immediately and get back to you as soon as possible. In many cases, delays are due to to the courier or postal service provider. If this is the case, please think kindly of my small craft business... these delays are beyond my control.

One size fits most wrists. Each cord is between 32-34cm. If you require a larger cord, please message me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each wish bracelet will arrive in a clear cellophane pouch to preserve the gift in pristine condition. When received, the customer will have the choice to wrap as a gift, or take the item out of the cellophane, and insert into the envelope provided.

We will try our hardest to accommodate any personalisation, but please be aware of the space available. Personalisation will be printed below the main title, so we would suggest no more than 60 characters. For example... 'This is what 60 characters looks like, when printed on paper'
