I can't find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. You can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchase in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Note: If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I'm having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

I don't see any SVG files in my download. There's PNG, EPS, JPG, DXF and a weird file type.

Ensure that the default for SVG files on your computer is Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio (or another SVG compatible program). If the files type is, "Microsoft Edge HTML", ensure that your SVG compatible program is 1) installed and 2) defaulted to your compatible program. Can I use your SVGs commercially?

No, however you can purchase a one-time commercial license ($25 USD) on listings except when it says 'not available for commercial licensing'. Commercial license does NOT include reselling it digitally in whole or in part on Etsy or POD websites such as Printify, RedBubble etc. Commercial use is for creating physical end products yourself and selling them in-person. Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the files, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are experiencing issues with your download, please contact me and I can do my best to help you.

I can't find my download.

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation from Etsy. I have no control over this nor how long Etsy takes to process your order. Please check your junk/spam folder in your email address that Etsy has on file. You can also find your download by logging into your Etsy account and under your icon at the top right corner, click on 'Purchases and Reviews'. Your download will be under there.
