Thank you for your feedback! Our jewelry is made from high-quality solid 925 sterling silver and all of them are hypoallergenic. Since this piece has an oxidized finish, it may leave a temporary mark on the skin during the first few wears. A quick polish with a cotton cloth should remove the excess oxidation, and it should not happen again.
