Can you change my address after placing an order?

You can make address changes up to two hours after placing your order.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

Due to the nature of the product that is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives with printing errors, is damaged or defective or is not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, please check our size chart, we have one for each item, listed in the product images.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

It takes us between 2 and 5 (on average 3) to produce and ship the product. Then you must add the shipping times (5-7 business days)

We recommend washing your garments inside out with similar colors. Do not dry clean. There is no problem in ironing the design. We use high quality DTF printing.
