Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 2-10 business days. If you need it sooner please message us before purchase to see if we can accommodate your request.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Peachy Budget is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price you pay is the price of the item at the time of your order. For instance, if the item is on a 10% off sale a week after you place your order, we do not retroactively refund the 10% discount to previous customers.

What happens if my package gets returned to Sender?

As a business, we offer a one-time shipment to the customer. If the customer fails to pick up the package from the UPS location when requested by UPS, it becomes the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of reshipment.

Why is there an additional item included with my order?

I include items with each order called "freebies," to thank everyone who orders a physical product from me. Please note I do not add free items on request.
