In order to provide you with the most secure and fastest service, orders for our U.S. customers are shipped from within the United States, while orders for customers in other regions are shipped through our business partner in Turkey. How many days do I have to return a product I purchased?

You can return a product within 14 days following the delivery date. For returns due to defects in the product or manufacturing, the inspection process for returned items takes up to 7 days. Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and with their tags intact. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please ship it to the address we provide, ensuring that the package is undamaged, the product is unused, and all accessories are included. After handing the package over to the shipping company, we kindly ask you to share the tracking number with us to expedite the process. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your product is damaged or defective, we will promptly produce and ship a replacement of the same product (returns will not be accepted). For orders containing more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers cannot return all pairs and must keep at least one. Orders refused by the buyer upon delivery are not eligible for return.

Most of the DerimioCollection shoes are true to size and are available in EU sizes and whole sizes. If you typically wear a half size, we recommend to the nearest whole size. Please check each product page for specific sizing recommendations! Before making a purchase, you can review our size chart and the product descriptions for guidance. Shoes are excellent as advertised style and material. Fit is a litter bigger then I normal wears US 9 received European 40. but I can work with it. I guess european sizes run bigger then the USA sizes.
