Wow love this set, it is very unique and so detailed. I will be making these for a tourist shop. I tried making the file 4 inches is what I wanted for the coaster size. The tabs were a little loose but I used a thicker wood to make the tabs fit snug. So it is possible to adjust the file but just use a thicker wood just for the tabs
