Is the jewellery you sell genuine silver?

Yes, all of our jewellery is 925 sterling silver and we are an authorised Assay Assured Retailer. This means we periodically have our jewellery tested by the Assay Office.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift Wrapping and Packaging isn't something we can currently offer, keep an eye out for this in the future as its something were actively looking at!

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to personalise pieces of jewellery at this time.

For most of our orders we use Royal Mail, they typically take 4-7 days to deliver from when they collect from us however recently we have seen longer times with certain areas so please be patient.

Can I get my item hallmarked?

Yes we do offer Hallmarking, it costs £2.50 per item, and we need a minimum order of 20 pcs for this to be done.

We will replace all damages up to a maximum of 60 days after the purchase date.
