Workmanship repair policy: Less than 1 year is FREE. Over 1 year may be subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon nature of repair and material availability. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to obtain certain components needed to repair older items. Green Bijou reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition including packaging. Sale items, custom orders and earrings are non-returnable. Amount of refund will exclude original cost of shipping. Custom and personalised orders

We will accommodate custom changes to our designs wherever possible. Email your request to info@greenbijou.com or send us a convo. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final. Custom orders available upon request. Buyer assumes all responsibility for work done on their own personal pieces. Green Bijou will be open and honest regarding the suitability of such pieces for custom work. We will try our best to use your vintage treasures but each piece will need to be looked at individually and potential designs discussed prior to beginning work.

Each piece of Green Bijou is hand-crafted and requires responsible handling. Please follow our recommended care to keep your jewelry looking its best. After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box if possible. Pieces made with sterling silver should be placed in a resealable bag to help prevent tarnishing. We do not recommend wearing your pieces while swimming, showering, or during workouts. Avoid spraying with perfume.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will arrive beautifully gift-wrapped, perfect to gift or to keep. Each piece will come in either a damask gift bag or damask gift box depending on size and weight. Each piece comes with a custom tag describing the piece, what materials have been used, and states original feature of the vintage/antique component if used.
