✔ Requests for size exchanges and returns must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

✔ All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns will be fully covered by the customer.

✔ Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

✔ Once the returned or exchanged product is received, inspected, and approved, the new product will be shipped free of charge.

✔ Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Even if orders were shipped with free shipping, the initial shipping fee (35 USD) will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.
