Yes, we accept custom and personalized requests on items listed and not listed. Please send us a message for inquiries. We don't accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

All of our products are designed, printed, engraved, or embroidered in house in small batches and are NOT mass-produced by a machine. Each design is placed by hand so placement may vary for each item. No two items are exactly alike. Variations are inherent in a hand crafted item, which means that every item you purchase is one-of-a-kind. What’s not to like about that?

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us if there are any issues or problems with your order. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can try to make it right for you. If the item qualifies for a return or exchange, the buyer pays the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in new unused and unwashed condition, we will refund you (minus the original shipping costs and fees) or process the exchange.

No refunds will be given to personalized items, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order. Order cancellations are subject to 20% restocking fee. No exceptions. Please allow 10 business days lead time. Plan ahead. Do not ask us to cancel/rush it if you order late!

Tracking said delivered but I didn’t receive my item(s).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When the tracking number says delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the mail carrier and get information on coordinates of delivery, not the seller. The buyer can contact the post office to file a claim and file a police report if suspected stolen mail.

What if it was delivered to the wrong address?

Buyers need to double check and make sure the address is correct before placing an order. It's not the seller's responsibility if the wrong address was provided. If there are any other problems with the delivery, please contact us.
