We take custom orders! We love creating custom digital designs. If you have a specific idea in mind, send us a message, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life. We are also happy to provide modifications to products already listed in our shop.

What sizes do you offer for digital downloads?

Sizes differ for each product. Specific sizing information is listed in the product description for each item. We are happy to personalize any item to a specific size, contact us for a custom order. -Digital Art: All art items differ in sizes offered. All digital art items are offered in at least one standard US size. Please see product description for details on the sizes included with your purchase. -Greeting Cards: All greeting cards are provided on a standard 8.5x11 inch template allowing you to print from any printer. The greeting cards (usually 4x6 and 5x7) can be cut out of the template to your desired size. -Other Digital Downloads: come in various sizes- please see product description or reach out to us for more details.

Are the colors in the files exactly as shown?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printer you use. We recommend using high-quality printers and paper for the best color accuracy.

What file formats do you provide?

We typically provide files in high-resolution formats such as PDF, JPG, or PNG. Specific details will be listed in each product description. Other formats available upon request.

I’m having trouble with my download. What should I do?

If you experience any issues downloading or opening your files, please reach out to us through Etsy messages, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
