What should I do if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We do everything in our power to ensure safe delivery and accuracy of your items, however on rare occasions issues may occur. If there is a problem with delivery damage or misprinting, please contact me directly first. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please include detailed description of issue, as well as 2 photos: 1) photo of packaging, and 2) photo of damage or misprint. I will do my very best to make things right and provide a prompt replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I cancel my order?

We unfortunately are NOT able to accept cancellation of orders. Once your made-to-order item is sent to processing at my printshop, I am unable to cancel the order. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

BE SURE your shipping address is correct.

Please BE SURE your shipping address is 100% correct before purchase as I cannot change it once it is in the system. Orders not delivered due to missing, invalid, or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or replaced.

How long before my item is shipped?

We strive to ship your item within 5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). Since all items are made-to-order, production can go beyond the 5 business-day window during holiday seasons. Once a package has shipped, I am no longer in control of that item. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

Can I get a discount on large orders?

How to Care for my Flag? Will my flag start to fade?

These flags are designed for outdoor display, but like all outdoor fabric items, they can begin to fade over time due to extended direct sunlight, wind, and weather exposure. Flags with darker colors tend to show fading more quickly than lighter ones. To help extend the life of your flag, I recommend applying a UV fabric protectant spray, such as Scotchgard for outdoor fabric. It’s a way to add an extra layer of protection and slow down fading caused by the sun.

This is just what I wanted as a memorial at my sister’s grave. As instructed, I sprayed the flag with scotchguard since it will be in direct sunlight.
