Fabled cutters is rpoud to offer custom or personalised cutter designs. If no custom listings are available in my shop, please drop me a message with your ideas and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Please be sure to let me know the size you would like, as well as whether you would like the design to be exclusive to you.

Can you create different sizes of existing cutters?

Yes, most designs offered in the shop can be made in sizes to suit your project. Please be aware that it may take up to a week for the new size to be created depending on my current workload. Please send me a message if you'd like to discuss a new size!

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes I do. All items sent to the USA are shipped using a DDP service, meaning all tariff fees are paid upfront to avoid unexpected fees for you, and a smoother delivery experience. To keep postage costs low, standard international shipping does not include tracking. Fully tracked services can be selected as an upgrade at checkout.

I have placed 2 orders - can you send as one parcel?

Yes! During busy periods, I can't guarantee that I will notice 2 orders to the same address, so please reach out. Send me a message within 2 hours of placing your order & I will make a note to ship them together and refund the postage for one parcel where item weight limits allow.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Absolutley! If you order more than 1 item from the fabled shop, you'll only be charged a single, flat-rate shipping fee. The only time this may not apply is if you have ordered large sized tool sets that require a different postage service (such as tracked) - an example of this will be the clay ring cutter tool set which is sent in a small parcel and 48 hour tracked as standard. If this is the case, I will always try my best to combine as many items as possible into one parcel and refund the difference in shipping fees where applicable.

PLA cutters & resin tools can be hand washed using warm (not hot!) water and dish soap, use a small soft brush to remove any clay from between stamp lines. Ensure your clay tools are dried before storage Store away from heat sources, water sources, and resin tools should be stored away from bright sunlight when possible. Fabled cutters are made from PLA, a bio-plastic with a glass-transition temperature of around 60 degrees celcius. This means that it must be kept away from heat sources such as hot water and fireplaces to avoid them warping, melting, or breaking. Please don't use a dishwasher to clean them.

Tips for using detailed cutters

Detailed and small cutters can end up with clay stuck inside, to avoid this try one of the following methods: 1. Dip your cutter or tool into cornflour before using it 2. Use the cut twice method: When creating a new shape, press the cutter into the clay about half way through, lift the cutter, then place it back into the newly made cut and press down to finish. 3. Try the wiggle release: Once you you have pressed your cutter into the clay gently move the cutter from side to side (only a tiny amount) to loosen any clay ctuck to the sides, then lift the cutter straight up. 4. Some clay artists use water as a release agent instead of cornflour - this method isn't advisable for use on Fimo brand of polymer clay.
