This was incredibly disappointing. We ordered a sample that looked exactly like the seller’s listing and went ahead with ordering a $400+ mural for one wall in our nursery. The seller also canceled my Etsy order & asked me to order directly through their website because they couldn’t give me the Etsy price with the coupon code they provided. The wallpaper we received is completely different. I still ended up paying more through their site. The listing shows blown up photos of the wallpaper that looked exactly like our sample but we received grainy clip art/realistic flowers that were bright red with mustard yellow swirls in the background instead of lime green like the sample. The seller is now telling me I can pay cost to receive the correct item. Opened a CC dispute. Do not buy from this seller. SCAM.

Please note, we created not only a custom size mural to save you from paying for unnecessary inches, but also a completely new design based on your requests — including the exact layout you wanted. We made several adjustments, provided extra discounts, and never charged for custom work. The design was approved multiple times before purchase. Samples and full murals (this is not a wallpaper pattern) can visually appear different due to scale, but it's the same design. We even offered to create a new version in another style at production cost, but you declined and opened a dispute. We always act in good faith and do our best to make every customer happy. 💛 Wishing you a beautiful day!
