Intermediate difficulty - Use this pattern to make your own DIY fursuit head base! Includes printable pattern template, full assembly instructions, and EVA foam beginner’s guide.

You can use this base to make both personal or commercial fursuit projects but you CANNOT sell or distribute the pattern itself .

EVA foam is lightweight, doesn’t absorb sweat, doesn’t need lining, and no foam carving like a traditional upholstery head - just cut and glue! You can use other types of foam but the included info and tutorial is for 5mm EVA foam. for M and L sizes you can use 10mm or thicker EVA foam.

You need a printer to print this pattern.
Some recommended supplies: 5mm EVA foam, snap-off blade, heat gun, contact cement, PPE, marker
