1. Please note that due to screen differences, the color of the plant may appear slightly different in person. Kindly be sure you're okay with this before purchasing, as color variation from listing photos is not considered a defect.

2. Plants in photos may appear larger than they are in real life. We take close-up photos to show details, so the actual plant may be smaller than it looks in the pictures. This is normal and expected.

3. Carriers Insurance Coverage: I’ve worked with different carriers like UPS and USPS. While they all offer extra insurance coverage, most do not cover live plants.

That said, I’ve successfully helped customers file claims through USPS when plants arrived damaged or dead due to late delivery. USPS Priority Mail automatically includes up to $100 coverage.

If your order is valued at more than $100, please consider adding insurance + insulation protection. This gives your plants a better chance of arriving safely and ensures they are fully covered.

⚠️ Important: Please do not throw away anything before your claim has been processed. USPS may require you to bring the entire package (plants, packaging, shipping box and label etc) to your local post office for an in-person inspection.

4. We pack each plant with extra care, but once it leaves our hands, transit conditions are beyond our control. Minor leaf loss (A few leaves) during shipping is normal and part of the adjustment process. This does not affect the overall health of the plant. By purchasing, you acknowledge that some leaf drop may occur in transit.

5. We highly recommend upgrading shipping or adding Weather Protection for deliveries to areas experiencing extreme temperatures, either below 50°F or above 85°F within the next 10 days. Buyers who decline protection assume full responsibility for any potential loss or damage to plants during weather-affected shipping.

6. We are not responsible for shipping or weather delays, damages in shipment, or lost/stolen packages. I will pack your plants with care to ensure they have the best chance of surviving shipping.

7. We are also not responsible for the plant's future once it leaves my care, but am always available via message for any questions or concerns, but please research how to care for this plant.

8. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
