Orders will be produced exactly as submitted. Lemonwood cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer. ✔︎ Design Approval For certain projects, a design proof may be provided before production. Production timelines begin once approved.

Production & processing

✔︎ Production Time Most orders are designed, manufactured, and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Production times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or for highly customized projects. ✔︎ Rush Orders Rush production may be available for select products. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any applicable fees. ✔︎ Wholesale & Corporate Orders We welcome wholesale, corporate gifting, fundraising, and bulk-order inquiries. Pricing and timelines are determined based on project requirements and order quantities.

✔︎ Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. ✔︎ Delivery Estimates Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Deliveries within Canada typically arrive within 2–8 business days, shipments to the United States generally require 3–10 business days, and international shipments may take 15 business days or longer depending on customs processing. ✔︎ Shipping Delays Delivery dates are estimates only. Lemonwood Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, labour disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

✔︎Lost or Stolen Packages Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Lemonwood Gifts cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery. ✔︎Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. ✔︎Returned Packages If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or incorrect addressing, the customer will be responsible for all applicable reshipping costs.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

✔︎Returns & Exchanges Because most products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for personalized items, custom products, approved designs, or orders containing customer-submitted errors. ✔︎Order Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted. ✔︎Damaged or Incorrect Orders Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or contains a production error. Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided for review. Upon verification, we will determine the most appropriate resolution.

✔︎Product Care Our products are handcrafted using wood, acrylic, leather, and other specialty materials. Customers should handle products carefully and avoid excessive force, dropping, bending, or exposure to damaging conditions. ✔︎Shipping Damage Documentation If a package appears damaged upon arrival, please photograph it before opening. Documentation of the packaging and product condition helps facilitate shipping-related claims. ✔︎Natural Material Variations Variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, leather markings, and other natural characteristics are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.

✔︎Customer-Supplied Artwork Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or designs submitted for production. ✔︎Copyright & Trademark Responsibility Lemonwood Gifts assumes no responsibility for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-supplied content. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Lemonwood Gifts harmless from any related claims.

Product Use & Liability

✔︎Intended Use All products are intended for decorative, commemorative, organizational, gifting, or display purposes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for proper installation, handling, and use. ✔︎Limitation of Liability Lemonwood Gifts shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, incidental loss, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, modification, installation, or use of any product. ✔︎Legal Compliance Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the ownership, display, installation, and use of purchased products. By placing an order, customers confirm they are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Photography & Marketing Use
