This book is a perfect find for kiddos cutting their teeth on chapter books. Simple enough to be beginner reader friendly, but fun enough to keep their attention, it recounts the adventures of a little girl named Evie and her pet kangaroo Cookie. They make friends with a kitten, Cookie gets lost, they even attend a kangaroo party together! Loads of fun!
This is a 1950s hardcover. Pages show very mild wear. Binding nice and strong. Mild wear to cover edges and corners. Age spots on covers. A lovely copy with years of delight left in it.
