Condition of this item is excellent. There are no chips. Please refer to photos as part of the description.

POLICIES RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

(1) All NEW items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused to qualify for a refund. Please notify us immediately if there is an issue or problem with your item.

(2) All vintage, antique, or resale items must be returned in the same condition as it was at time of shipping. Shipping is non-refundable on returns. All returns have to be approved by me first. If black light mark is not there on glass when sent back there will be no refund. You pay for shipping back, and have it insured. (If not it's your risk) (for damaged shipments see below)

(3) PLEASE NOTE ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED, THEY CAN NOT BE CANCELED!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS. SEE SHOPS POLICYS

(4) Vaseline is a color not to be assumed as Uranium Glass items described as such will be for color only. Uranium Glass is labeled as such as will contain photos of it glowing. If it is not attached in the Listing/Description it does not glow!!! Do not assume it does glow. contact before purchase if you like to confirm that it glows, we test each item before listing to see if they glow or react to the black lights.

These are vintage and antique pieces, and therefore cannot be expected to be perfect "brand new" pieces unless so stated in the listing. Don’t put these items in dishwasher they are not designed for new appliances. They will break. Hand wash in warm water with a cloth with mild soap, air dry.

FREIGHT LIABILITY:

Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damage incurred. You will be responsible for any claims for damage with the carrier directly. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. All claims must be reported to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.



ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Before filing a claim with any sales channel. You agree to cooperate fully to obtain the insurance pay out including providing photos of the box and contents for the claim. Do not throw out the box. Upon notification of insurance claim (which is just a few days normally) granted we will issue a full refund to your payment processor (or send a replacement if in stock). All damage items claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review.

International Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable! Customs decides if they want to send the package on. Glasshunterstore does not control customs. Items that are returned due to failure to pick up or deliver is on the buyer. We try to notify you if possible. Expect slow delivery even though Glasshunterstore ship it fast it gets slowed down in customs. If arrives damaged contact us with in 24hrs from receiving the item. If item is returned due to customs or from failure to pick up. The value for the item will be refunded once it is received back to us.
