What happens after I make a purchase?

After your purchase, you will receive .pdf or .txt files with the download link. How can I download the files I purchased? To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to your account. 2. Go to the 'Purchases and Reviews' section. 3. Next to the order, select 'Download Files'. This will take you to the download page for all the files attached to your order. You can also return to the item’s listing page, where you should see an 'Instant Download' message on the images of the item. Are your commissions open? I am not accepting orders at the moment.

Streamlabs/OBS can't see the files prepared for import. What should I do?

The files you downloaded are packed, you need to unpack them. To do this in Windows: 1. Find the downloaded zip file on your computer. 2. Right-click on the zip file and then select 'Extract All'. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions. Can I edit the overlays, for example, the text on the screens? Unfortunately, that's not possible. These are ready-to-use files.

Why do the .WEBM files look bad on my computer?

To preview .WEBM files, you need to place them in a streaming program or drag them into a web browser. Windows OS may not display this file format correctly.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can download my purchased assets?

No, there is no limit. Once you've completed the purchase, you can download your items as many times as you need from your account's purchase history.

What are the restrictions in using the design package?

Resale, copying and editing, are not permitted in any way. Items are not allowed to be sold or redistributed under any circumstance.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

According to Etsy’s policy for digital products, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
