When should I order for an upcoming event?

Please order at least 2 weeks prior to when items are needed if you are US based. Upgrade to priority shipping for fastest delivery & package insurance. If international, it is suggested to order at least one month prior to your festival. International shipping is longer and timing varies due to customs.

Tracking is ALWAYS provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. If your package is marked as "delivered" we are not responsible for the package. If your package is lost in transit or stolen, we are not responsible. If your package is "in transit" or "arriving late" we are not responsible. Please upgrade to priority shipping for package insurance through USPS.. NO REFUNDS or replacements will be given for any of the above circumstances. This policy applies to ALL orders.

Custom and personalized orders

ONLY items marked as "custom" or "customizable" can be customized. NO other customizations will be made. This applies to all items in the shop. Items will be shipped AS ORDERED/SHOWN. Requests for changes sent via message or added to notes of orders will not be made. To continue shipping orders as fast as possible, this is the policy.

My order arrived broken. What can I do?

If your order is damaged in the mail, please contact us immediately. You must send a photo of the broken product within THREE DAYS of delivery. A replacement can be sent or a refund will be issued. This is handled on a case by case basis. Shop reserves the right to ask for broken item(s) to be shipped back.
