What type of information is required to begin the process?

Answer: To begin creating your store or website, we only require basic information such as your logo, business name, and business type. The process is very easy to get started! As the process proceeds, you will be notified of any extra details that are needed.

Do we offer website revamping?

Answer: Yes, we certainly do! Besides creating a new store for the client, we can also revamp existing stores as well. The process will be the same and clients can send us collaborator access to enter their store. Clients can also easily revamp their store with our other custom graphic design options. Note: The free application installations will be added by the client when working on an existing store. However, if we create a new store we will be able to add the applications for the client.

Can the texts, colors, and model photos be replaced?

Answer: Yes, you can provide your own color choices, models, and texts for the banner design, however, you will need our Premium or VIP package for this service. Your model images should be high-quality and in .jpg or .png format.

Can I upgrade my package after purchase?

Answer: Yes, our clients are able to upgrade their package/order during the design process if they decide to get additional customization options. Note: Clients will be able to update general website photos or product photos at any time.

Will this work for any business type?

Answer: That's correct! You can choose any design that you prefer and we will customize it to match your business type depending on the customization selected. Easily change the models, text, coloring, or more with our custom options.

How long does the process take?

Answer: The turnaround time will depend on the package selected. Time frame estimations can be found in the product description. Please note that the time frames listed are solely estimations and do not include weekends.
