4 - Add your personalized design color in the box if provided.

- We don't accept cancellations or exchanges as these are made-to-order products.
- We accept returns if the item arrived: damaged, error printed, missing design, incorrect design or color, etc.

- For listings with personalization box, please enter the information according to the customization instructions there.
- Many personalization boxes only ask for the color of the design that's on the model.
- Some listings will have the personalization box open for custom text, date etc. for the design only.
- If the personalization box does not ask for anything custom printed such as your name or a date or other sentences, or designs, we will not print it and go with the color that best suits that design.
- If there is no personalization box (usually for multi-colour designs) please choose a shirt color on which the design will be visible.

I spent about a week in communication with seller who was VERY helpful in getting me a custom order. She then sent the wrong item. No big deal, she immediately offered to make it right telling me I’d have shipping info on the right item within 24 hours. Then she ghosted me completely (for 7 days) until I finally got Etsy customer service involved. Suddenly I get a message that says only “refunded” - still haven’t received the refund.
