How do I access my digital download?

1. Make sure you are signed in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer/laptop to download your files. Files download are not possible the Etsy Mobile App.

How quickly will I receive my downloads after purchase?

Your templates should be available to download automatically once your payment is processed. All products are available via instant download.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No, you don’t have to pay for a Canva Pro account. All you need is a FREE Canva account to use our templates.

What software do I need to edit the templates?

None! You don't need any special software or app to edit these templates. You will only need a FREE version of Canva. (Make sure to create an account to start using it) It's easy to sign up for a free account and once you are logged in you can start editing your templates right away.

How long do I have access to the templates?

You have lifetime access to the templates. You can always go back to edit and download the template as many times as needed.

How do I access the templates in Canva?

Once you have downloaded the PDF file that comes with your purchase, please click the link button that's provided in the PDF and this will take you to Canva where you can edit your template.

What can be edited in the templates?

I am not very tech-savvy, will I be able to edit the templates?

Yes! We include a full Canva Editing Guide along with every purchase to help you with editing your templates. It's perfect for beginners and steps you through everything you need to know.

Can I use these templates for my business?

Yes! Every purchase includes a Commercial Use Licence for one business. You may customise the templates with your own branding and use them to promote and operate your business, including on social media, websites, emails, printed marketing materials and other business communications.

Can I resell or share the templates?
