Damaged/Lost Packages

When purchasing an item, the option to include insurance on a package is always an option when checking out. We are not responsible for any lost packages within the USPS system that have been shipped. All orders are shipped through Etsy shipping and tracking is provided. If a package has not arrived, please feel free to reach out and we can assist you with tracking down the package with the information we have. If an item has arrived damaged, we will replace the item if the damage could've been prevented on our part. Each item, is packed carefully as to not damage during shipping. If USPS is responsible for the damage, we are unable to provide a refund. Upgraded shipping to Priority Mail is an option when checking out.

Custom and personalized orders

No refunds or returns will be made for mistakes made on the buyer's side such as name misspelling, accidentally picking a wrong color, or picking an item that does not fit.

As always, if an item arrives damage, we will happily replace however, after use, we cannot offer replacements due to not being able to determine the manner of the break. Toppers are used as cup decorations and we are unable to determine if an item was dropped, slammed or otherwise broken due to no fault of the seller. Toppers do not fit replicas of any cups. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are putting the topper on the true cup, not a replica. No refund will be given for toppers bought when trying to fit on replica cup.

As always, if an item arrives damage, we will happily replace however, after use, we cannot offer replacements due to not being able to determine the manner of the break. Keychains are decoration and we are unable to determine if an item was dropped, slammed or otherwise broken due to no fault of the seller. We do use high quality materials however, we cannot prevent breaks due to keychains being caught in something or reasons beyond the sellers control.

When a font mockup requested is made in the personalization section, we will reach out with the mockup requested. If no response is made within two days, the item will be sent in the requested font or, if multiple fonts are requested, the best looking one. If the requested font does not look correct in the font requested, the font will then be changed to a similar font that works well with the name given.
