It not only provides complete menus for multiple types of occasions from small casual affairs to large formal and informal celebrations, but also has easy to follow recipes for each along with illustrations.
This is a first edition noted by the ISBN 0-517-54419-9. It has 310 pages with 300 recipes and 450 full color photographs and measures 10”x10”. The book itself is in excellent condition inside and out, however the dust jacket shows some wear and has a small tear at the top of the binding as pictured which is not unusual for a book its age. This book is a treasure for those who love to entertain and is right up there with Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Bon appetit!
